SetOScan respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes which data we collect through the setoscan.fr website and the SetOScan app, how we use it and what your rights are.

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address and your participation preferences (beta, Android, iOS) when you sign up voluntarily.
• Contact form: your name, your email address, the subject and the content of your message when you contact us.
• Website technical data: anonymised performance measurements (via Vercel Speed Insights) to improve the speed and experience of the site.
• App usage data: usage and interaction data, linked to a pseudonymised identifier, in order to understand how the app is used and to improve it (via PostHog).
• Crash reports: in the event of an error or a crash, technical information (device type, system version, error log) is collected to diagnose and fix the problem (via Sentry).
• Subscription data: your subscription status, an identifier and the transaction information linked to your in-app purchases (via RevenueCat). The payment itself is handled by Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store; we never have access to your bank details.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• send you our newsletter and information about the app's release (if you consented to it);
• answer the requests you send through the contact form;
• manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases;
• analyse how the app is used in order to improve it;
• detect and fix errors and crashes;
• improve the performance and security of our site and our app.

We neither sell nor rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party providers

To operate, we rely on trusted providers who process certain data on our behalf:

• Brevo: newsletter management and email delivery.
• Vercel: website hosting and anonymised performance measurements.
• PostHog: app usage analytics to understand how it is used and improve it.
• Sentry: detection and monitoring of app errors and crashes.
• RevenueCat: management of subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Apple & Google: processing of subscription payments via the App Store and the Google Play Store.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link included in every email, or by contacting us.
